Glove Box System includes a wet unit, a dry unit, a spin coater, an O2 and H2O analyser, a dry oven and a metal evaporator. This system has the capabilities for polymer processing, thin film deposition, device fabrication and characterization all in a N2 or Ar atmosphere.
